It's Friday and we have a new Festive Friday challenge at the Outlawz. We are keeping the Christmas and Anything Goes theme every challenge and adding in some new ones for those of you who want a little more of a challenge. Here is my card for the Birthday theme.

For my card, I used the background layer and the focal image, both precolored from the Holiday Time digital set. I added some sequins and the sentiment is by Beccy's Place.
