Vellum is the theme for the new OUTLAWZ CHALLENGE called Crash your Stash!
The purpose of this Challenge is to encourage you to use those items that are no longer trending and probably stashed away in a drawer. Forgotten and alone. So, we are here to help inspire you to dig those items out and bring them new life!
At the start of each challenge, we will tell you what item we want you to pull from your stash to use and you will have a whole month to find, dust off and create something lovely with the item!
That simple!
You have until October 15th to enter!
Our challenge is sponsored by:

For this month’s challenge, the prize will be a digital paper package called Once Upon a Time.
Our stash item this month is Vellum. Come on, you know you probably have some stashed somewhere. I have all kinds. Printed, colored, embossed, but chose to use plain vellum for my card.
Here is my card using We Are 3 Digital Paper - Once Upon a Time
First, I printed my two digital papers and trimmed them to size to fit on a 6 x 6 inch card base. I stamped the sentiment on the piece of vellum. I realized after a few tries that I needed to use a black ink that dried fairly quickly and that was the Memento brand. Vivid would also work. I did let it dry for an hour or so while I cleaned up my craft space to be sure I wouldn't smudge it. When it was dry, I put in a couple of brads and adhered it to my top layer before I adhered the other layer. I found I have a tendency to put my brads too close to the edges and my tape runner doesn't fit in between the brad and the edge of the paper and so sometimes, it doesn't stick down very well. I was more careful this time. Barely made it.
I hope to see you in the new challenge!
Thanks for dropping by!
