Festive Friday at the Outlawz- (Happy Weatherman's Day)

This week we have four new themes.  I chose National Weatherman's Day. I had a hard time coming up with a plan for this one. I ending us using some digital images from the Rain or Shine set from our sponsor who is a2zscrapbooking.  What a fun site to look around. All your cardmaking needs can be found here!

Besides a prize of a digi kit from a2zscrapbooking, my generous teammate Lisa Haines is going to give away a "goodie bag."  A very good reason to play!!

    Didn't know there was such a thing, but I'm happy there is a special day for the weathermen because I love the card you made for it. You managed to get it all in there in one nice neat package. Have a fun weekend.
