August 5th Sketch Challenge at the Outlawz

Can you believe it is August already? Here in the Midwest, I'm enjoying county and state fairs, sweet corn, sunflowers, dragonflies, and sweltering heat! Although today was a very pleasant day topping off at about 80 degrees. Can not complain about that!

August also brings a new month of Sketch Challenges at the Outlawz. 

Wednesday Sketch

And a new sponsor! So delighted that My Whimsical Little World is with us this month. Paola has some of the cutest images around and her store is growing by leaps and bounds! And here is the Outlawz Wednesday Sketch for this week!

And below, here is my DT card using My Whimsical Little World image, "Tula". She was fun to color. I colored her with Copic markers. I had to do some experimenting with colors for her bubblegum bubble, but layered RV10 over E40 and that seemed to work the best. The little dog and the other images all came with this Tula image! Love that!! 

My papers are really old from my stash and so are the flowers I used in the corners!
