February 7th Outlawz Sketch Challenge

We're almost a full week into February already at the Outlawz  Sketch Challenge.

I used a pre-colored image called Foxy by our sponsor, WinkWinkInk. I made the tag and then went searching for the right paper to show off the cute image. I chose this paper after holding it up and it went perfectly with the ribbon edged with silver that I had already picked out.  The Happy Birthday is stamped. The little white flower is from my stash.
