Outlawz Color Challenge April 21 Tic Tac Toe

Who wants to play a little game of Tic Tac Toe!!!
That is what the Outlawz Color Challenge is playing this week. You can pick any three in a row, up, down, diagonal!

How fun!!!  Here is the Tic Tac Toe




I chose a diagonal ----from the upper left corner down to the lower right corner. So, for my colors, I used the hot pink, white, and lime green.


My sentiment and image is by Close to My Heart. the papers, gems and the ribbon flower are all from my overflowing stash of goodies!
