Through the Purple Haze Challenges #61 Make/Add a Tag

Here is my card using last month's freebie image from Scrapper's Delights, "I Love Santa".

My focal image is I Love Santa which I said was a freebie last month. You can buy it now for $1.

I digitally colored most of the image in Photoshop. Something new for me because I love to color and coloring is so relaxing but I decided to give the digital coloring a try. So the entire image is colored within Photoshop except for the skin and a little shading on the Santa suit and hat. For the skin I used my fav color combo for Copics: E00, E01, E11, R20 for the cheeks. I also used W4 to add a tad bit of shading on the Santa suit and hat. Diamond Stickles, my fav Stickles color, was added to the white trim on the Santa suit and hat, also.

All of the papers, twine, tag elements are from my stash. I made a tag using the Stampin Up! Scalloped tag topper punch. First time I used that punch (hesitated on even buying it) but it was oh, so easy to make a perfect tag, the hole is perfect! Ah!! I will be using that punch a lot!!
