Here is the sketch!
And here is my card using Annie with mug from Encino Stamps.
I colored my image with Copic markers and used some monochromatic shades of paper. The copic colors I used are:
Skin: E000, E00, R02
Hair: E47, E43, E42, E40
Eyes: E47
Lips: RV21, RV34
Latte Mug: YR21, E43
Clothes: BG18, BG15, BG13
Scarf: BG0000, BG000, BG02 and added Diamond Stickles
Here's a better camera shot of the scarf with the Stickles.
