Through the Purple Haze Challenges #32 March 10

Hi everyone!!

We have a new challenge here at Through the Purple Haze Challenges!!

The theme is Digital Elements and both Design Teams A and B are participating this week.

We have two wonderful sponsors this week, Craftsuprint and Milk Coffee Stamps.

First, I'll talk about Craftsuprint. When you visit the website, if you look towards the bottom of the home page, you will see a link to 4 Free Downloads under Site Navigation. Click HERE to get your four free downloads. Just type in your email address where it is asked for and you will be sent by email your four free downloads.

I chose to use the Merry Christmas freebie sheet because I thought those owls were sooooooo adorable!!  I used my HP Laserjet to print my sheet, but I believe any printer will work. And then I just started cutting the images out and layering onto cardstock. But you could also use the big image as a card topper and Voila!!! not much work involved at all.  The designer for this particular freebie sheet is Carol Clarke.  Craftsuprint will award one of the Design Team members a prize!

Here is my card!!

I used a Vivid Sky Blue ink pad to do a little sponging in the background to make some sky and I dabbed on Diamond Stickles on the mail box for a glittery snow effect and for some dimension, I added Aleene's Glitter Snow randomly around the page with a cotton swab. The stickers are leftovers from a Kit of the Month Club from a few years back.
Here's a closeup look at some of the details.

As I mentioned earlier, we have dual sponsors this week, so now I'll switch over to our other wonderful sponsor, Milk Coffee Stamps.  This company will generously give 5 digi stamps to the winner of the challenge! That is very generous!

For my card using Milk Coffee images, I chose Fairy Princess as my image. I used Copic markers to color in the image, did a little bit of layering and added a ribbon to the bottom.

Now for the Milk Coffee Stamps card

So I hope you will visit the Through the Purple Haze Challenges blog and see all the hard work the Design teams have put into this week's challenge!!! You won't be disappointed!!

I plan to enter my cards in the following challenges!
Make it Monday - comments
Crafty Girls Challenge - Anything Goes
Words 2 Scrap By - Movie themes (I picked Stuff that Dreams are Made of)
Through the Craftroom Door - Anything Goes

Have a good week, everyone!!!
