Happy Birthday, Anita!!!!

Happy Birthday to Anita, wonderful leader of our design team, Through the Purple Haze Challenges!!! This is supposed to be a surprise for her, so hopefully no one "let the cat out of the bag."  The team members are honoring her with a surprise Blog Hop today and you should have gotten here from the very talented Sian.  If not, start at the beginning and find your way through all my lovely teammates' blogs and their Happy Birthday wishes. Scroll down for the complete listing of everyone participating in the blog hop.

But before you do that, take a glance at the Birthday card I made for Anita.

This is a close-up of the stamped image by Outlines Rubber Stamp Company. Sadly, this rubber stamp company is no longer doing business. Very sad, as this was a favorite company to buy from. I stamped my image on Cryogen Irridescent cardstock and colored in with my Copic Markers.

Below is a close-up of my Happy Birthday. I had been looking for these gold peel-off stickers and finally found some.  Thanks Jacqui for sending me in the right direction!!  I used a Spellbinder Fancy Tag die to cut my shape for the Happy Birthday to sit on and used a couple of brads from my stash along with some green glittery ribbon from my stash for the finishing touches.

I mailed my card to Anita and hopefully it will arrive this week. But it has to go all the way to the UK, so it may not arrive on time. But if it doesn't, Anita, please know I am wishing you the very best birthday!!!! You deserve it!!!

Next on the hop is the amazing Ashley.  And if you get lost on the way, here is the whole list!

I know what your resolutions is, this is what going to try to do in 2014 is work ahead for my challenges so I'm not always last minute and cleaning OUT my craft room of thing I have not used in years and not to make room for new stuff. Also starting NOW keeping up with comments, I'm so tired of falling behind.
